Starting with John Smith helping me to find a car and putting down a deposit to finally getting a car on the lot that I could look at. When I went to the lot, Tom Moratto, the sales specialist, showed me the car, gave me the numbers, and I had bought a car within 1 1/2 hours, without the anxiety, stress, and feelings of dread that I have experienced at other dealerships. I will definitely be referring family and friends to Bob Smith Toyota. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. Now I just have to learn to operate the rocket ship I bought. ;-) More
