The back right side panel had come unclipped (bumpy LA driving), and I needed it reclipped. And also, the door ajar light would occasionally come on although I knew all the doors to be closed. The maintenance team figured out both and didn't charge me for either. Just the standard maintenance. Great service. I'll get my next car from Bob Smith! More

Purchase of my Prius I had an appointment to purchase my Prius and spent an hour of that time waiting for papers to be printed, and who knows what else I was waiting on. The phone number for Toyota Financial was wrong. 1. Toyota financial does not do the state registration if you are purchasing the car outright. 2. Toyota Financial is not open 24/7 as I was told. 3. Toyota Financial does not pay the tax, title, etc. if you are paying for the car and not financing it. This has been a frustrating experience. I was led to believe that Toyota would take care of everything and I just had to bring in the check. Not true! More

Noise still not fixed My car is a 2018 car and have taken my car in 2-3 for the same noise, has not been fixed. Contacted the Sevice Mgr and did not resolve anything. Put me off to another employee, Irma, and she was less helpful, very rude. In a very frustrating situation that no one at Bob Smith is willing to help me with. Irma said “that they can’t have the technicians cont to loose themselves with this problem.” Gee thanks! So now I have to drive my car around with that noise and don’t know if my car can fall apart any second and continue to make monthly payments on it. More

I took the car in for service today and they were unable to determine the problem. Now I'm driving a loaner and my brand new car is in the shop. The PRIMARY reason for purchasing this new vehicle was to ensure that I would have a reliable car. This has been completely violated and now I feel duped and angry. More

During the rainy days of the last few months I hit a pot hole on the freeway that destroyed one of my tires and I lost my hubcap. I am currently leasing a car from them. I purchased the Express 5 package for my car and this came in handy for the tire. Mike helped me make that all happen and went above and beyond his normal obligations when it came to the hub cap. I work in service as well and hope that I can do the right thing always when it comes to my clients. I am inspired by Mikes actions. I trust the other guys in service as well that have taken care of me with the smallest concern (like a nail in my tire) and larger issues. Thanks Mike... More
Epic Fail I fully described the problem I am (still) having problems with the electronics of my 90 day old car. I was told it was simply a software issue, that I fully described the problem I am (still) having problems with the electronics of my 90 day old car. I was told it was simply a software issue, that it would take them at least 4 hours to diagnose the problem. Since I did not receive a call. I called 6 hours later. The updated the software but I wasn't half way home when the exact same problem started again (screen shut down then restarts, the radio shuts off and starts randomly, the bluetooth won't connect, the Toyota apps won't work, and so on). I immediately returned the car and was told to unpair the phone and car. Again, I was half way home when the issues started again. They said they would have to contact the manufacturer but it would take them 3-4 days to get an answer! Really!! I bought the car for the features that broke within 90 days. The dealership seems dismissive and unhelpful. The second star is for the support staff in the waiting area. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful with making sure I was comfortable and arranging for me to rent a courtesy car. Thanks you Nicole. More
