Will never buy another vehicle there again. Bought a 2016 Buick Enclave from them. After I told them I was interested in it thru text message, the next they got back to me with a higher price than the night Buick Enclave from them. After I told them I was interested in it thru text message, the next they got back to me with a higher price than the night before. Asked them about it, was told the value went up over night by almost $1200. Told them I wanted it for the price it was when I expressed an interest. They reluctantly agreed when I showed them s screen shot with the lower price. Than after I drove the vehicle home and washed it, I noticed two rock chip breaks in glass and an 8" vertical and horizontal crack in the glass where it started to go under the hood. They refused to replace the windshield as the GM said it didn't happen in the almost 400 miles he put on it driving it and that I did the damage in the 11 miles I drove it. Than they finally agreed to pay to have the windshield replaced after 2 weeks. Than I had to go back in almost 3 weeks after I had the vehicle to resign new finance paperwork after they screwed the first ones up. Because they forgot to refile paperwork with the company for funding authorization I had to go to another finance company and pay an additional 6% in finance charges. Got that all squared away and than a week and a half later they can me yet again to come back in and resign finance papers as they messed up on those as well. So now here it it my paper plates expire in a week and they just now got the title work to their 3rd party affiliate to go over before sending to BMV. So I may not be able to get my car registered before my 45 days is up and will have to pay a late fee. And to top it off, I bought this particular vehicle to have for a vacation trip I am leaving on in 4 days and I can't get my plates. Dealership told me they sent the paperwork in this week therefore it's out of their hands and for me to deal with it at the BMV. Three and a half years ago I bought another used vehicle from them. It had issues on the test drive and they promised to get the vehicle fixed. Bought the car and every time I tried getting it in to get it fixed they always had an excuse why they couldn't get it in. So I finally had to pay for the repairs myself thru the warranty I bought. I thought I would give them another shot with this vehicle because I wanted it and it is the biggest car dealership in town. After this purchase, I will never by another vehicle fr om them again. More

This was a poor experience. Brooke was nice enough but normally my car is washed, and there were always amenities like water, coffee and muffins. I could not use but one of my coupons. The passenger seat was left in the totally laid back position and the instrument panel was left in the diagnostic mode. I was disappointed to see the usual good customer care. I know these are hard times so I’m hoping this was a rare experience. The people were friendly and helpful when engaged but there was no extra effort. Perhaps staffing was low. More
