Could've been better, Bob would be disappointed if he knew. Cory was the only salesperson actively "working" and doing his job to the best of his ability. Bobby, not impressed with at all, just likes to tell people what to do and not in a polite way. I felt bad for Cory on numerous occasions. My car wasn't ready at scheduled time of pick up, hadn't been detailed. The detailer was out for the day??? Wasn't able to do the final paper work because Manager "Bobby" wasn't there. Again Cory was the only person I saw literally running to assist customers. DJ did come out to finish putting my paper plate on my car because Cory had 2 other customers waiting on him. The following week I was scheduled to finalize paper work and get the car detailed. After a 3 hour wait, to do 10 mins of paper work, I was furious. I made it clear to Fabian DO NOT try to sell me anything else, period. He proceeded anyway and things only got worse after my 3 hour wait. When I got to my "detailed" car there was still tape from stickers on the windshield, back passenger window and blue tape residue on various parts of the car. I knew it would not be good for me, or them, if I walked back in that establishment to address my frustrations. So I left and I've given myself time to cool down, put a few things in perspective but I'm still frustrated. I know Bob Rohrmans' grandsons are running the business now but having known Bob years ago, I know he would be very upset at how that particular dealership was being operated. I'm somewhat concerned but optimistic that the service is still as good as it was 10 years ago. I've taken my previous Hyundai to the service department in the past and they were great! More

Overall car buying experience was great! Cory was professional and a delight to work with. Have to say the same about the GM and finance guy once we got in to see him. 4 star based on the 4 hour w professional and a delight to work with. It's gotten to be almost laughable. Yesterday I was given an estimate of over $1300 for recommended work. This included a $42 air filter that I was told was needed "because you have the wrong air filter" I replaced that air filter myself within the past several months (for $19 at Auto Zone) and what I was shown was a smaller sized air filter which I know because I put it in myself. Fraud? At my last trip to you for service I was told I needed $240 worth of brake work. I declined and the same day visited a shop I trust and was told no such work was needed, not even close. Yesterday your shop gave me a brake estimate of $1,022.90 (generously discounted to $640.95). In my lifetime I have never written a negative review about any service or business, until today. You have moved me to a first experience in this area and you have also finally lost my trust and my future business. And you can keep your "free" maintenance. My dignity is worth more than that and yours should be. More
