Individuals I worked with were personable and friendly. Points for improvement: 1) Multi-point inspection showed a slight misalignment of a rear wheel and I was recommended to pay for an alignment. I had to remind them that they did the last alignment just a few months ago, which is still under warranty. This should have been automatically taken care of. E.g. my wife might have brought the car in and not known about the warranty and would have paid needlessly. 2) I forgot to apply a promotion printed from the website at the point of payment. I realize it is clearly stated on the promotion that this must be done at the time of payment, however, I disagree with this policy and would like to have been able to have the discount applied afterwards as a refund.
