Overall the initial sale seemed to go smoothly then in the 11th hour they tried to add additional fees after I had a written proposal. They did an excellent job servicing my vehicle and in a timely fashion. The service person took time to check my tires first instead of just agreeing with me that they may need alignment. Service department is very good however I was not impressed with the salesman or the dealership manager. Any question that we asked about the Tahoe the salesman had to go ask someone. Purchased a preowned vehicle and requested that it be detailed on the inside as it was a bit dirty. All leather interior with light colors on the back of the seats. Picked it up the next day and was not happy. I am still cleaning the inside of the vehicle and found what looks like grease type matter in between the seats so the detailing was by far WAY below my standards. Carpets were still dirty as well as the back part of the seats. I understand that it's a preowned vehicle, but when the salesman states that it will be detailed, that is what we expected.. We paid a bit over 20,000 for the Tahoe and maybe if we had purchased something more expensive and financed our service might have been better. I might refer someone to Bob Rohrman for the service department for repairs but probably not this dealership for purchasing a new or preowned vehicle.
