In the week prior to purchasing my 2022 Elantra I had already test driven 2 other almost identical Elantra at 2 superset dealerships (1 was a 21 the other 22; one blue, one black same package) in the South Chicagoland area. Due to the current sellers market at these 2 dealerships and 2 others I did not visit the customer service was horrible. At other dealerships I felt like a burden though I am not a pain in the xxx costumer and I knew what I wanted and could of left with those cars if I left valued. At Bob Rohrmans Indy I felt valued, I was NOT greeted with fake smiles, all the staff was great to include the manager (sorry I don’t remember your name), Nick B my salesman and Steven in finance (sorry i think it’s Steven I’m horrible with names!).
