Service tech and desk manager were really informative and helpful. I was kept apprised of progress while I was waiting, which was really nice. This was my 2nd service @ 12,000 mi (specifically for oil change and rotate tires). Both times tires were not rotated, but they wanted to sale me a fuel cleaning option for better gas economy (just got 36.5 change and rotate tires).
