Took my car in for an oil change. They told me 1) that I needed to have my tires rotated (I just had them rotated 2,000 miles ago, so I knew they didn't need to be rotated), 2) Drive They told me 1) that I needed to have my tires rotated (I just had them rotated 2,000 miles ago, so I knew they didn't need to be rotated), 2) Drive belt needs to be replaced. (They tell me that every time I take it in for an oil change. I took it to someone else the last time they told me that and it does not need to be replaced). Seems like they are always finding something that "needs to be done". Other than that, the staff is friendly and the service is done in a timely manner. More

The complimentary service was supposed to include a synthetic oil change AND a free tire rotation. I see nothing on the service report that indicates the tires were rotated. Also the tire pressure in t synthetic oil change AND a free tire rotation. I see nothing on the service report that indicates the tires were rotated. Also the tire pressure in the front right tire was two pounds lower that the other three which was something I noticed before bringing the car for service therefore I must conclude that the tires were NOT rotated. Therefore you did not provide the service you were supposed to perform. More
