Oil change...bolt wasn't tightened and leaked on my drive. The tie rod recommended to replace was already fixed. The passenger side was a little loose. I've also fixed that. I used the service department here for the first time last week. I dropped my car off at 9:15 (as per my previously made appointment). I had not heard anything about the status all day so at 3:45 that af last week. I dropped my car off at 9:15 (as per my previously made appointment). I had not heard anything about the status all day so at 3:45 that afternoon, I called to check on it. My car had still not been serviced but was promised it would be done by 5:00 pm. I had a friend drop me off at the dealership at 5:00 only to find it still was not completed. I was told it would be a 15-20 minutes until it was ready. I sat in the waiting room for another hour before my car was ready to go. I felt the employee that helped me was not being honest about the status of completion from the beginning and used software issues as an excuse. In the end, the job was so rushed, the technician failed to top off my windshield washer fluid (dashboard light still on). This makes me wonder just how thorough a job was done. I will not be back to this dealership. More

This dealership does great work and friendly staff but then cyber stalks you like a co-dependent drug addled ex. They seek external accolades much like an ugly overweight teenager seeks their validation f then cyber stalks you like a co-dependent drug addled ex. They seek external accolades much like an ugly overweight teenager seeks their validation from their hormonal emotionally unstable peers. Regardless of their parental approval. I'd be willing to bet an MX-5 that their is a millennial or Gen Z involved in fabricating these meaningless surveys. I'm quite possibly dumber if not more jaded and 147% less likely to purchase products and services from this group as a result of this incessant stalking. There is a 29.4% greater chance of me committing suicide to avoid these emails in the future. Or perhaps becoming a solitary Buddhist monk would rid me of this torment. Although, being reincarnated into this would be purgatory. All things aside, good job. Cheers. More
After I had my 2019 Mazda 3 towed to Bob Penkus on 27 Mar, the former Service Manager (Cory, who oddly disappeared a couple of weeks into 'repairs') claimed that rodents destroyed engine wiring harnesses Mar, the former Service Manager (Cory, who oddly disappeared a couple of weeks into 'repairs') claimed that rodents destroyed engine wiring harnesses. He was non-responsive to me and refused to work with my USAA auto insurance adjuster. Contacts with this man were via a couple of phone calls I made to him, as he offered verbal repair estimates that went from $800 (on day 8) to $2300 (on day 10), to a final surprise bill of $3,657, when repairs were finally done 20 days later! On the way home, I found that the shift lock cover was missing and the electronic fuel gauge indicator no longer worked. I have asked that 'Mr. Hollihan' fix it... twice. Weeks later, no response. So, I suggest that potential customers approach this business with extreme caution. They put us last in their way of being. It seems that Penkus' message seems to be that they're fine with me filing with the BBB and TV customer complaint investigators at this point vs. fixing the fuel indicator error they installed. Of note, USAA records support this sorry story. More
You should have negative stars. I would never recommend Bob Penkhus. I am still waiting for a key replacement reimbursement I was due in September of last year. But when I did lose them last September I had to pay for everything myself towing, locksmith and rental car so I could get back-and-forth to the doctors. upwards of $500. and I’m still waiting on a promise from Bob Penkhus Mazda More

When my car was ready, Layne reviewed the service completed, noted the applicable recommended service items, and asked if I had any questions.
