The people at the dealership are nice and professional right up to the moment you purchase a car. If you have any issues after purchase they will ghost you and you will not receive any follow up service. right up to the moment you purchase a car. I would not recommend this dealership for a Mazda since they effectively have zero customer service after the sale. The used car I purchased was not properly cleaned on the inside and contained the belongings of the previous owner as well as contacts on the computer. The oil had not been changed for over 5 months before purchase and I was not informed that it needed to be done right away. The GPS unit that was installed on the car by the dealership broke loose and was swinging behind the dash, making a banging noise. They wanted to charge me a $160 diagnostic plus repair fee to find the problem and fix it despite it being caused by them. At no point have they apologized for any of this or tried to do anything to make up for it. They also pretend to respond to bad reviews, so if there is a response below I can assure you they had every opportunity to address my issues. More
