Everybody is always amazing at Powers Mazda! !! Joey helped me check in and get everything worked out for my car service. The lounge was super comfy and and everything I needed, including fast wi !! They changed the oil in my car, rotated my tires and washed my car in less than two hours. Awesome!!! More

I had a 1:00 appointment. My Service Advisor didn't bother to check the status of my car when I called to check to see if it was ready after 2 hours. He said it was in proce My Service Advisor didn't bother to check the status of my car when I called to check to see if it was ready after 2 hours. He said it was in process and would be ready in 1/2 hour. When I arrived there after 1/2 hour, my car was still sitting in the parking lot and had not gone in yet. He lied to me again, stating they were working on it then, and it would be 'a few more minutes'. I told him I could see my car from there, sitting in the parking lot. They hadn't started on it yet. So I went home again. They finally called around 5:15 to say it was ready. The worst service I've ever had there. I'll take it to the Motor City location in the future. More
