Former car salesman/finance here. I can’t lie to you this is literally the worst dealership I’ve been to in my life man. I’ll give you all a timeline of what has happened. •Firs I can’t lie to you this is literally the worst dealership I’ve been to in my life man. I’ll give you all a timeline of what has happened. •First I call the dealership then negotiate over the price of the vehicle. I let them know the warranty I want and we come to conclusion on pricing. •I ask them to have paperwork ready because I want to make it a fairly quick experience. (This is where they begin ruining the experience) • I arrive at the dealership with my family and see my sales lady which is Krystal. Krystal is genuinely being nice and I appreciate that but the car wasn’t pulled up, the car wasn’t even cleaned off, and paperwork started printing as soon as I arrived. •Next I begin to walk around the vehicle to see if there is any issues because I asked beforehand if there were any dents or scratches on it. They failed to notice over $4,000 worth of hail damage on the vehicle due to not appraising it correctly. •The Sales manager Will affirms that it looks about $500 worth of damage and that same night I called him saying it looks like more, he dismissed my concern let it be known that he would only discount the vehicle $500 • I take the vehicle to 2 different hail repair shops, and they confirm that estimate as seen on the picture below. •So then I come in the next day and talk with the GM(chill guy) which he then tells me he will discount the vehicle $1200($700 difference from Will firmed price) or fix the hail for me. At this point I’m completely fed up with the broken trust that this dealership would treat me well. • I finally say xxxx it, purchase the vehicle and due to my budget for financing changed I had to take off the warranty for comfortability. The finance manager does he’s job on discussing the benefits of having it which is appreciated but once I tell him I’m fine he pushes, and pushes again till I have to say “we’re not going to keep going back and forth”. All of a sudden his mood changes from being nice to telling us where to sign. Showing a face of frustration and quickly wanting us to be done lol. • I wish I was done but I’m not lol I come in today a week later to find out my car has a big chip in the back driver side and to will telling me “mistakes happen” though that is true no one catching it for a week or noticing is completely different than the “mistakes” it’s called not noticing the details and not giving a xxxx. Moral of the story their as unprofessional as it gets but at least Krystal gave my son xxxxing donuts. More
I didn't buy a car there, I simply brought my 2018 CX 5 that I just purchased at a different dealership to be appraised for a possible trade in to get a 2023 Mazda. The sales manager who helped us didn't that I just purchased at a different dealership to be appraised for a possible trade in to get a 2023 Mazda. The sales manager who helped us didn't smile the entire time. He definitely looked like he hated his job. He didn't understand that we had negative equity and would need to roll it into a new loan. He acted quite confused. I don't remember his name, but he sat at the first desk straight in front of the door and was definitely not happy to be working at all. Then Will goes to look at our car. This is where things get stupid. First he comes back and tells us there is "something wrong" with the engine. He hears a clicking noise. Uh, we don't, but okay. Then he proceeds to pull off the trim on the side of the car and was like this shouldn't be doing this. Ok, well I had driven it multiple times and never had any issues with the trim coming off. So he basically messed up the trim on my car by pulling it off to show me it shouldn't be coming off. Uh...what??? Then tells me that there is an uneven gap in the trunk and the car was in an accident. Per car fax the car was NOT in an accident and I don't see any uneven gaps. Oh but he was going to give me $18,000 for the car. My husband, who went to trade school to be an auto mechanic, basically called BS on him (not to his face, we were very polite). And when we asked him to put what he found in writing, he refused!!! So we left, because $18,000 was a joke and I wouldn't have bought a car from there if you paid me because the sales guy looked miserable and I didn't trust Will that he knew what he was talking about. And guess what...he did NOT know what he was talking about. I took my car to another Mazda dealership and had a 125 point inspection done! They found absolutely NOTHING! The service advisor even told me that it was in such perfect condition they were nitpicking at a few things just to find something. The computer, hooked up to the engine, NO CODES! So I am still wondering what "clicking" Will heard. Probably in his head, because it wasn't coming from my car. Oh and a body shop confirmed that my car was NEVER in an accident. So basically because Will didn't know what he was doing (which is scary that's what he does for a living) Bob Penkus Mazda North LOST a sale! I'm going to keep my perfect 2018 Mazda and make sure no one I know ever buys a car from this dealership. They messed with the wrong customer! More

Joey is an awesome service adviser, he's very kind, and knowledgeable. When you have Joey as your adviser you don't get that feeling that your bothering him, he's very pleasant and helpful, because of Joey knowledgeable.
