He worked an AMAZING deal, and i cannot stress that enough. the best part was that at no point i felt pressured to make the buy. It was a calm atmosphere, and it was easy to see that this place knew how to take care of the customer(which is something rarely seen in a lot of dealerships). Everyone was friendly to the point of jokes. Mike and this dealership will ALWAYS have my business and my recommendation to others, as THE BEST PERSON, AND PLACE TO BUY A CAR FROM. More

I live in Brentood, TN but couldn't find the Hyunda Santa Fe we wanted locally, so I checked out Cars.com online. I found what we were looking for at Mayberry Hyundai in Monroe, NC. I originally had some apprehension discussing buying a car sight unseen out of state but once I connected with Paul Moore it was a pretty easy process, especially since I already knew what we were looking for. Between email, phone calls and text I felt like the exchange of communication was thorough, accurate, and expedient. After negotiating price and finalizing the details on purchasing the car, Paul made sure that my car was ready to be picked up by the trucking company I hired to transport the vehicle. It arrived as scheduled and we are very pleased with our purchase. I got the Santa Fe we wanted, loaded, at a price that I thought was extremely fair. Even after paying to have it shipped to Tennessee we still saved quite a bit in comparison to what we would have paid locally. Paul, along with everyone else we spoke with in the office were friendly, helpful, and honest. I definitely recommend you take a look at their dealership for your next car purchase even if you live out of state. More

WOW! What a great dealership with a friendly, educated and no-pressure team. We arrived as strangers but left as friends with the perfect new car for our needs at a fair price. Chuck Stringham warmly greeted us and allowed us the opporutnity to 'browse' without any pressure and/or added 'noise'. He answered all of our questions and allowed us to examine and drive any number of vehicles we desired. He balanced 'pointing out details' with allowing the vehicles to 'speak for themselves' while taking the time to listen to our wants and needs and appropriately suggesting how the team at Bob Mayberry could best fulfill them. Once we made our decision, Chuck guided us through the process and we quickly reached agreement on the terms/conditions of the transaction. There was no haggling, no numerous times of 'back and forth offers and counteroffers' just open and honest dialog that resulted in the best price for our desired vehicle . . . all in a warm and friendly environment. Lourdes Tellez picked up where Chuck left off, not missing a beat as she determined the best financing options for our purchase and kept the process 'simple and painless'. She and Chuck both ensured we met as many people at the dealership as possible (including the owners as well as many in one of the cleanest Service Departments I have seen in some time) who all welcomed us and made us feel like special members of the Bob Mayberry family. When this young man, Chase Lee, approached my husband and me, my initial thought was how could a kid, younger than our children, possibly help us in our car search. Dreading the normal treatment we "seniors" generally receive from these "kids" in most retail settings, I simply walked the other way while the two guys started talking. After watching their engaged conversation I decided to join in. Shortly, I was behind the wheel of the 2012 Sonata Hybrid listening intently to instructions and the answers to our questions coming from this extremely personable, charming, knowledgeable, and helpful young man. While this vehicle could sell itself, we decided to only buy from Chase Lee. We were also very impressed with owner Brandon Reeves and his open door policy. What a refreshing change from the normally hidden big office at most dealerships. It made the entire experience at Bob Mayberry feel like we were part of the family. Now, of course, the last stop is always the business office. The welcome, you're family feeling continued when we met Lourdes Tellez. Discussions about credit scores, interest rates, and many pages of paperwork were handled respectfully, intelligently, graciously, quickly, and most importantly, with a smile.
