Chuck Richmond is one of the most knowledgable New Automobile Consultants that I've had the pleasure to work with (i.e. I've purchased BMW's, Ranger Rovers, etc.). Chuck even took the time to explain some of the features on my wife's 2010 Veracruz (that we bought at another dealership a while ago) because the other salesperson didn't demonstrate the details of the vehicle for her. Chuck is professional and delightful to work with...yes...when it came time to "stike a deal", Chuck was efficient and transparent (i.e. all the paperwork was exactly what we agreed upon). YOU should buy your next automobile from CHUCK RICHMOND! Wow!...I have NEVER met a more professional, engaging and HONEST F & I Manager like Lourdes Tellez!!!...and that's saying all YOU really need to know. I went to Keffer Hyundai and had a bad experience. After a friend recommended Bob Mayberry I met with Paul Moore and had a fabulous experience. I did not have to haggle the price. Compared to other Hyundai dealerships in North Carolina, this one was by far the most friendly, easy to work with, responsive, etc. My car salesman, Paul Moore, was on top of his game. I've always dreading shopping for a new car but that changed when I visited Bob Mayberry's Hyundai. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we had the opportunity to look around the lot without be changed when I visited Bob Mayberry's Hyundai. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we had the opportunity to look around the lot without being immediately "attacked" by a sales person. Once we had finished browsing through the vehicle selections, our salesman - Dominic Scruggs - came and asked if he could offer assistance. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with various options regarding our vehicle selection, based on the price range we were interested. We found a particular model that caught our eye but before our test drive, Dominic made sure he explained all of the vehicle's features which was extremely helpful. After the test drive, we went in to "talk numbers". Dominic got the price where we needed it, the offer on my trade-in was more then I expected and it was without a doubt, the most pleasant car buying experience of my life (this is probably my 10th or 11th car purchase through a dealer). No xx, no fast talk, no pressure to buy additional stuff - I'm a fan of Bob Mayberry Hyundai and would highly recommend them to anyone. More

We arrived 45 minutes before closing to purchase a car we had looked at online and spoke to Mr. Moore about several times. They were extremely considerate of our concerns, answered all of questions and ended up suggesting the car we purchased. They sold us a newer car with more features than our original choice for the price of our original selection!!! These people could not have been any nicer, we were treated like family. The whole thing took over three hours, the store was closed but we did not once get a hint that they were ready to go!! Great car, great price, received everything we wanted on our trade. Could not be happier with our purchase. OH Yea we drove 2 plus hours to get there to avoid our local dealer and it was worth every mile!!!!!! More
I was out of town on a business trip and called in for a price quote on a new Santa Fe. Paul took the call and simply listened to my frustration with other Hyundai dealers. I felt that he gave me the best price available and would usher this deal easily. I headed straight from the airport to the dealership on a Friday night. I arrived at 5:45 and took the car for a test drive. I was having second thoughts about the color and battled with myself for some time. We headed into the office about 6:30 to start the paperwork. Paul took about 15 minutes to complete the financing documents and orchestrating the detail crew to prep the vehicle. By 6:50, I was in the finance office with Dominick. This process lasted about 10 minutes. I have NEVER had such an efficient experience. I have spent as much as 90 minutes performing the same task at 2 separate Honda dealerships. Only CarMax has proven as efficient.... Paul showed me some of the car's features (syncing my cell phone's BlueTooth to the vehicle, for example), exchanged license plates, and we were done. I was pulling out of the driveway around 7:20. I have always felt that buying a car was a combative experience. I visited two other area Hyundai dealers before calling Bob Mayberry, and they proved to be the same. These folks are friendly and make the process smoothe. More
