This was my first new car purchase in 8 years and it went smoothly. Paul Moore was my sales associate and treated me with great care. The financing part of the deal was as painless as it could be...for who really likes the financing part anyhow!?! The finance manager stuck to his promise in finding me the best financing rate and terms I wanted. I have shopped for a Sonata for nearly a year and the pricing offered by Mayberry Hyundai was reasonable and affordable. I love my Sonata already after a week of ownership and should have purchased it long before now. The quality of the Hyundai brand has significantly improved over the years and I am well pleased. I predict I will be a Hyundai owner for years to come and look forward to my next purchase! More

Everyone from my saleman, Paul Moore to the service techs, parts department employees and cashier were all so very patient and friendly. I wanted a particular color exterior and interior and was difficult to find....Bob Mayberry found my car!! I love my Sonata! More

Amazing experience from start to finish! Drove past 2 other Hyundai dealerships during my hour drive to Bob Mayberry. Paul Moore was a awesome sales person to deal with over the phone and in person. I dealt with Paul Moore as my salesman. He was very friendly, did not pressure me at all, found the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted as well. He took time with me to show me my new Elantra (w friendly, did not pressure me at all, found the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted as well. He took time with me to show me my new Elantra (which I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!) as well which was appreciated. Lourdes Tellez, the finance manager, also really impressed me with her extreme friendliness, assistance and frank advice. I have to say this has been the best, easiest, most pleasant car purchasing experience ever. Bob Mayberry also gives you extras that other dealerships would love to charge extra for such as: free car washes for life, free door ding, windshield chip repair for the first year, etc. I LOVE this dealership and am so glad my sister referred me to them. I'll never use anyone else again. :) More
This is mine and my wife's second trip to Bob Mayberry. The first time I ever dealt with C Griffin, I found him to be the most upfront and honest person I have dealt with in a sales capacity. He was never pushy and answered any and all questions without seeming agitated. I walked away with a truck and felt like I had made a friend. This time was no different except, Mr Griffin got promoted. He sent me to Mr Berry and he was the exact same way. It took us a while to get things done, but that was mostly due to a power outage. They finally got things complete and all we had to do was kill an ink pen to sign the paperwork. We say Ms Tellez and she made everything painless and smooth. I walked out of the dealership just as impressed as I was the first time I stepped in. I would recommend these guys to anyone anytime. Thank you for all your help throughout the process. A++++ More
This is my second time coming to Bob Mayberry Hyundai and the second stress free experience. I highly recommend this dealership b/c of their straight forward and honest approach. If you plan on purchasing or leasing both options will be a seamless transaction here and there is no other place in Charlotte or the surrounding areas that I have been able to find that even come close to the excellent customer service I receive here every time!!! when we came in on Tuesday 3-20-12 my fiance and I actually had no intention of buying a car from this dealership. We had been shopping for a new car for about a month and a Hyundai was the last on ou actually had no intention of buying a car from this dealership. We were pleasantly surprised!!! when James was introduced to us he did not look like or act like the typical stereotype of a salesman. He was calm, patient, non pushy, and extremely well versed in his product and his dealership. we looked at new cars in two different models and was able to test drive both. James and the finance manager stayed with us two hours after closing time to help us make a decision about purchasing a new car. There was no high pressure, and every piece of paper(which there is a ton of) and extras that were offered were explained in terms that any normal person would understand. No lies or big complicated extended warranties pitches-just plain simple explanation. He was very patient with all of our questions and calculations especially for the fact that it was 10:00 and they closed at 8:00. We are so excited to have purchased a car!!!! More
