Buying a vehicle, new or used, is usually always a very stressful and uncomfortable situation. When we couldn't find what we wanted, he took our name and number and said he would call if he came across anything that we were looking for. True to his word, Brian called us a week or two later and said they had something just like we were looking for! We came to see it and loved it and had to have it! Next we got to talk to the lovely Angela Obi! She explained everything to us and helped us to pick out a warranty for our used vehicle that we could afford and worked best for our situation. We felt very comfortable and right at home with friends at Bob King! I requested an internet quote for a 2012 Veracruz from 4 different Hyundai Dealerships. Amy Meza was very fast getting me and quote and handing me off to Danisha as my sales person. They quoted me the best price so I went in for a test drive. I had to do the test drive with my 3 year old daughter who to say has a lot of energy is an understatement. After the initial test drive when I got back home I realized that I needed another test drive without my 3 year old. I brought my 5 month old to the next test drive and was able to really pay attention to the car. Danisha had excellent communication throughout the whole process and was extremely helpful. There was one hiccup while trying to acquire the vehicle I wanted...but it all turned out for the best and we are extremely happy with our vehicle. The whole staff was respectful to me and my whole family and it was a hassle free buying experience. I would highly recommend BKH. More
