I had a very favorable experience at Bob King Hyundai in Winston-Salem. After doing plenty of research on my own, I went to the dealership to compare some prices and test drive a few vehicles. I really wa Winston-Salem. After doing plenty of research on my own, I went to the dealership to compare some prices and test drive a few vehicles. I really wasn't planning on making a purchase, but I am glad I did. I worked with Mitch Carter who was very helpful and respectful throughout the process. When I made my decision and found out that they didn't have the color/option combination that I wanted, Mitch didn't try to push me to purchase something that they had in stock. In fact, Mitch personally drove to Concord to pick up the exact car I wanted. Once we made the deal, Angela Obi worked through the financial end. Her personality put me at ease and I didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything that I didn't feel I needed. I have had great luck in the past with the Hyundai brand and I love my new Hyundai Sonata! More

Bought a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealer, paid internet price, with no other discount and were fine with this. We had new tires and a trailer hitch put on the vehicle, supposedly at dealer cost (c internet price, with no other discount and were fine with this. We had new tires and a trailer hitch put on the vehicle, supposedly at dealer cost (claimed he was saving us a couple of hundred dollars). However, we found out after the paperwork was completed that we were charged 40 more dollars for the tires and 90 more for the trailer hitch, than if we had purchased from the same merchants on our own. Also, as soon as the paperwork was completed our salesman told us he only had one remote key but not to worry because we could buy another one from the dealer for 200 dollars. A full tank of gas was also promised but after paperwork they said we were only allowed 20 dollars max. We later told the sales manager about this and he said yes that stuff happens but there was nothing he could do. We do understand "Buyer Beware" but we did not expect to be swindled at a major dealership. A week after this, we bought a used Hyundai Elantra from Paramount Hyundai in Hickory, NC and received excellent service! Our salesman was polite, honest and a pleasure to work with. We were also given 2 remote keys and a full tank of gas without even asking! We will never go back to Bob King Hyundai, not even to have our Elantra worked on. We will drive the extra hour to Paramount for all of our needs. More

I had been looking for a new car with great fuel economy I had been looking for a new car with great fuel economy and a better warranty than a 3 year 36,000. I found both. The Hyundai Accent I purchased ge I had been looking for a new car with great fuel economy and a better warranty than a 3 year 36,000. I found both. The Hyundai Accent I purchased gets excellent gas mileage and the car came with some of the best warranties I found. None of the other dealerships could beat the 5 year bumper to bumber or the 10 year powertrain warranties without having to purchase upgrades and they came standard with this car which I was pleased to see. Also, the sales Representative Brian Schneider did an excellent job in my opinion as far as being helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable when I was inquiring about the car and was not pushy in the slightest which I appreciated immensly. And last but not least I even enjoyed the final act of filling out the paperwork but I'm sure Angela played a major role in that. She simplified everything and was an inspirational person to converse with. I would be tempted to purchase another vehicle if I knew I would be working with her again. More
