My wife & I went to Bob King Hyundai looking at the 2013 Hyundai Elantra. The last time we went car shopping we were met by a High Pressure salesman at a (Different brand) dealership. We met a sales 2013 Hyundai Elantra. The last time we went car shopping we were met by a High Pressure salesman at a (Different brand) dealership. We met a salesman that offered freely to help us look at the Elantra's. Richard Taylor meet us at the door and was very friendly, easy going and showed us anything we asked about and was very pleasant the whole time we were there. After taking us on a test drive, we started trying to come us with a payment plan that meet our budget and our needs that would not put us in a financial crunch to pay for a new car. During the total process Richard spend almost 4(pressure free} hours with us, and every time we said NO we can't do that plan , he would go back to Darin Griffin , the sales manager and come back with a new offer that would be doable for us....... Our Whole experience at Bob King Hyundai with Richard Taylor was a definite Plus. We would recommend this dealer and the sales staff to anyone for a hassle free new car buying experience. We know their main objective is to sell a new car but this dealer and our sales man (Richard Taylor) was a joy to deal with and they went out of their way to give us a good deal and some Great Service. We left the dealer with a Great looking Elantra and the best sales experience I have ever had from a New car dealer. Thank you Richard Taylor and Darin Griffin for a great experience and a Great Car. I returned the 2013 Hyundai Sonata because two weeks after I drove the car home, the credit manager called me and says come back and re-sign the paperwork with a different finance company. I was never g after I drove the car home, the credit manager called me and says come back and re-sign the paperwork with a different finance company. I was never given copies of the orignal paperwork. I called the bank and the representative said I did not have an account with them. I then asked the credit manager for copies to review the subsequent paperwork and was told that she could not provide me with the information because it was too many pages. I consulted the sales manager, told him what happened, turned over the car and keys then left. Further research on the internet reveals what is termed a "bonus scam" which is very similar to my experience. Since then, I have recieved several rejection letters from lenders I never requested credit from to purchase this vehicle after it was already returned to the dealer. I feel this is an attempt to damage my credit. More
