My wife and I visited Bob King's Hyundai dealership in response to an invitation to get our Hyundai Sonata evaluated as a trade-in for a new Sonata. Although we were not highly motivated to purchase a new car, we decided to check out the possibilities. When we arrived we were greeted by Richard Taylor, a friendly and courteous salesman. I do not take any kind of sales pressure well and was relieved to find Mr. Taylor accommodating without being at all pushy. He was well informed about all the various models and features and gave us ample time to drive a new Tucson and a Hyundai for comparison. After considering several options and models, we made our choice and Richard led us smoothly through his part of the sale. At this poiint Agela Obi completed all the sales documents, informing us about each of the forms before asking for signatures. Angela is a vivacious, positive and helpful individual who is familiar with all the documents and does an excellent job of explaining each one before signing. She makes this normally very dull part of the process a very pleasant experience because of her charming manner and efficiency. More

I walked into this dealership on a Friday morning to inquire about a car. Richard Taylor shook my hand and introduced himself to me in a courteous manner. Purchasing a car is not one of my favorite things to do as there is much stress involved to find the right car for the right price to meet my wants and needs. He listened very attentively to what I wanted and needed, understood and went the extra mile to help me. He was never pushy nor uncaring. This experience ended on a positive note, and I was very pleased with the outcome. Purchasing a car is stressful enough, however, Richard's personality made this experience enjoyable. On Friday, October 26, 2012, I came in to rent a car with the intent to purchase a car in the next few days. I called and made arrangements with Will to rent a car prior to my arrival. I also spoke on the phone with Gary Bourdon, who gave me useful information about the used cars that were for sale. Will was friendly and the car was clean and ready. The process was quick. He introduced me to a sales professional, Sean Guest. Gary said hello, but was busy with another customer. Sean greeted me and asked questions as to what I was looking for. He showed me a 2012 Hyundai Elantra and went with me to test drive it. I was impressed by his patience. Prior to leaving the lot for the test drive, I received a phone call from my insurance company in reference to my total loss on my last vehicle. He patiently waited. I did not purchase a car that day, but came back on Monday, October 29th to purchase a vehicle. I explained to Sean that I wanted the quality, but maybe a less expensive car that still had a warranty. I also shared that I preferred a color other than gray. He took the time to listen and to find out what I was looking for and then showed me what met my expectation. He showed me a White 2011 Hyundai Elantra and then took me for a test drive. I was happy with this car, so he worked on the details with Jim Estes, who was also friendly and easy to work with. My excellent experience continued with Angela. Angela worked with me with the details in financing the car. She took the time to explain the warranty, gap insurance and other useful information. I purchased a 2011 Mazda 2 from Bob King about a year and a half ago. I had great service then and great service again this time purchasing my Hyundai Elantra. Keep up the good work!!
