My sales person for my recent purchase of a 2013 Santa Fe was Thomas Hairston. One of the reasons that I ended up dealing with Thomas is that from the first time I met him, I felt I could trust him. I knew was Thomas Hairston. One of the reasons that I ended up dealing with Thomas is that from the first time I met him, I felt I could trust him. I knew he was going to be honest with me no matter what and work hard to earn my business. And from my standpoint, he was very successful in doing that. He was very knowledgeable on the features of the car and explained everything very thoroughly. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Angela Obi was the finance person on this transaction and it was easily the best experience that I have ever had with a car dealer finance department. She was extremely personable and expedited the process in a minimum amount of time. She represented the dealership in a highly professional manner. Thanks to both Thomas and Angela for making car buying a pleasurable experience. More

Initially requested quotes for a number of Hyundai dealers in the Triad for a new Santa Fe (currently lease a Sonata). Asked for specific pricing OTD only. Between Amy & Jeremy they provided the reque dealers in the Triad for a new Santa Fe (currently lease a Sonata). Asked for specific pricing OTD only. Between Amy & Jeremy they provided the requested information timely and clearly. Other dealers tried to play the same old "car-buying" game. We visited the dealership to try out some vehicles and Jeremy was very accommodating without pressuring us in the process. When we made our decision to purchase the new Santa Fe, the buying process was handled quickly and professionally. This is the second vehicle we've purchased from the B. King organization (Mazda 4 yrs ago). More

Five star customer satisfaction, I feel like I got so much more than I thought I could afford and a month later I am still really happy with the car I am. Bought a used Sonata for my daughter. Matt was great to work with. No pressure and made the car buying experience the best it can be. Angela (business manager) also made the paper work painless. The only thing to keep in mind is that the doc fee is $600 which is above the norm so they have profit built into that which makes it seem like you are getting a better price on the car. I still got a good price, I just don't think that is necessary as it feels tricky. More

I needed to get a new car and I wanted to trade in my Tiburon. I first called the dealership and spoke with Mr. Perry. He was helpful and arranged to speak with me and choose the car I wanted to purcha Tiburon. I first called the dealership and spoke with Mr. Perry. He was helpful and arranged to speak with me and choose the car I wanted to purchase during lunch time. I let him know what I wanted and he took care of all the details. He introduced me to Ms. Obi and we set up a time to bring in the Tiburon and sign the paperwork the next day. While I was doing the paperwork he handled the details of getting the siris radio chanels I wanted programmed in. He helped me understand the blue link and all the features of teh 2013 Elantra. I am very pleased with the service I have received. This is my 4th Hyundai and each time I visit this dealership I feel they are getting better and better. I recommend Bob King to anyone I see that is looking for a new car. More

I was extremely pleased with all of the help Thomas gave when I was looking for my new car. I had test driven several similar models from other dealerships and didn't find a great fit until I test drove my when I was looking for my new car. I had test driven several similar models from other dealerships and didn't find a great fit until I test drove my new 2013 Hyundai Tucson. Thomas was extremely helpful in explaining all about the car and answering all my questions. He was personable and friendly and I never felt like he was being pushy. At other places I felt really pressured to buy something I didn't want. Thomas did a great job in ensuring I got the best deal and everything I wanted in my new car. This was exactly the experience I was hoping to have when buying my first brand new car. The service at Bob King Hyandai was great! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming!
