My hustand and I had a great experience at Bob King Hyundai. Our sales representative, Sonsera Kiger, was very friendly and helpful. She presented us with several options to meet our needs and she was very patient throughout the process. She also provided us with a great deal of helpful information about the vehicle we chose, and she accomodated our comfort during our car-buying process. Angela Obi, the finance manager we worked with, was great as well! She kept us informed of the approval process as it progressed, and she was very up-front with us about our options. Angela was also very knowledgable about the vehicle information and worked with us to meet our specific needs and desires in the vehicle we chose. We will definitely be back again for our next car purchase! More

I visited the dealership with my family on Saturday because I wanted a car with better gas mileage and several people I know have Hyundai cars and talk about how much they love them. We were greeted by because I wanted a car with better gas mileage and several people I know have Hyundai cars and talk about how much they love them. We were greeted by Richard Taylor as we got our kids out of the car. He was so friendly and really listened to what we had to say. Richard recommended the Sonata after listening to our needs and wants. He was very knowledgeable about the car. We had a great test drive which allowed both of us to drive, get a good feel for the car and all of its features. My kids loved my old car because it had a DVD player and my husband and I talked about how much they would miss it. Richard heard us and said he could fix that problem because they could do that too! So Richard worked closely with Jack Hardin to get us what we wanted and not break the bank! We completed all of the paperwork with Derek Smith, who explained everything before asking us to sign anything. I would strongly recommend Richard and Bob King Hyundai to anyone!! Even after agreeing to the sale, Richard went above and beyond to accommodate us. He went out of his way to keep my kids happy by providing them cookies, balloons and other items while we waited. As we all know, kids get antsy when waiting! He didn’t stop there either… my car had to go back to have the DVD headrest installed so Richard called me Monday and offered to come pick up my car in Lexington and give me a loaner to have them installed. I’ve never had customer service at a dealership like Bob King Hyundai! Richard made this the best car buying experience ever! Thank you so much for everything! More

Angela Obi went "above and beyond" to make us happy with our new car. My husband would only be in town a few hours and Angela had all the paperwork ready for our signatures. I did not plan on purchasing a vechicle when I went. I wanted to look at the sonata so I could compare it to other vechicles, but after test driving the car and they hybrid, we ended up staying and purcha wanted to look at the sonata so I could compare it to other vechicles, but after test driving the car and they hybrid, we ended up staying and purchasing the vechicle. It was a pleasant experience and I enjoyed working with the dealership. More
