Joe Mora was exceptional at helping my daughter get her warranty company to pay for the full repair of her Jetta. They were only going to pay for a portion but he was able to explain to them how difficult warranty company to pay for the full repair of her Jetta. I was shopping for a red TDI Sportswagen, beige interior, manual transmission. VW does not have an effective means of ordering one, so I search the entire country to find this car. After using every car shopping site I could find, I located two,one at Dorschel and one in San Francisco. I called and linked up with Dan Welch and determined it was indeed the car I wanted. He was able to give me a ball park estimate of the value of my trade and the numbers worked out. I got pre-approval for a loan from my credit union and put a deposit by phone on the car. Then Dan and I worked to see how to manage the financing so I could come get the car. This took juggling the requirements of my credit union and Dorschel's finance office, but we worked it out. My daughter and I then drove 6 hours to Rochester to get the car. The car was front and center at the dealer when we arrived. Dan met up promptly and we set about signing the pile of paperwork to turn over the car to me. Dan and his co-workers were friendly and prompt at getting everything done. Then after a half hour briefing on the features of the car, we were on our way. TDI Sportswagens are very popular cars and there are limited numbers in the country. Dealers typically don't discount them, although Dorschel does. I was pleased with the service and considered the bottom line with my trade to be a fair price, plus the service was great. I am very please with my car and have already gotten 54 mpg on a 3 hour trip through the mountains of West Virginia. More

My wife and I had the experience of shopping for a new VW Jetta just under a month ago from this dealership. He always supplied us with all the answers we needed. The best part of our experience with Dan was that at no time did he pressure us to make a decision. We were able to take our time and decide when we were ready. We liked the no-dicker sticker pricing at Dorschel. We knew immediately what the price of the car would be. Dan took us around to see the other departments. All the people were very friendly. We were very surprised at the service department waiting area.
