Once again, an amazing auto buying experience! I've wanted a truck now for ten years and Joe Roides at Dorschel finally made that dream come true. Now, this is not my first dealing with I've wanted a truck now for ten years and Joe Roides at Dorschel finally made that dream come true. Now, this is not my first dealing with this extraordinary salesman. In 2012 Joe put me in a brand new Camry because my 2001 Camry was finally getting old. And now, Joe has put me in a 2015 Tundra and I am absolutely in love with it! Joe is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the whole Toyota line. But more important, I was able to establish a cordial, working, and trusting relationship with this man, something I find hard when suffering from combat related P.T.S.D. My experience with Joe Roides was truly exceptional and once again I give him a 10/10. Thanks, Todd Rogers More

Excellent customer service. It was truly a pleasant buying experience. As far as I am concern the days of haggling over price of buying a new car is over. All dealers know what lowest price that they can sell a car. They should empower their sales people to try to get the best price for the dealer, but at the same time know the range at which they sell it for. The days of bouncing back and forth between the sales person and manager, and call the customer a couple of days later with a better price is over. More
No longer want the vehicle I have waited for a while to cool off on this one. I was badgered so badly when I went to pick up the vehicle regarding the warranty that I no longer I have waited for a while to cool off on this one. I was badgered so badly when I went to pick up the vehicle regarding the warranty that I no longer want the car. I had to pick up my $25,000 check and stand up to leave before the transaction was completed. I was told by my salesman that "he hoped that my daughter was going to be paying for my repairs, since he knew she was the one that talked me out of purchasing the warranty". Just like he snickered at me when I did not want the rust protection, that by the way is already on the car. I was almost in tears before I left. He bragged what a great job they did "dolling it up". They never removed the rust off the back seat , never wiped down the mud and such out of the back, never cleaned the rugs (because I had them done professionally at my work). The salesman was also going to show me how to use the GPS etc., but he put the plates on and walked inside. When I went back with my son to pick up my other vehicle my son went in and spoke with the manager on that evening and he came out and apologized for the situation. He said I could bring the car back to get the seats cleaned but I was not able to make the appointment, and I have to be honest I will not bring the car back myself, I will have a family member do it. The saddest part is I was so excited to have a dealership close enough to my work to be able to take it back for service. I had filled out paperwork on line to do a test drive and I was also suppose to get a gift card, which never happened. Poor customer service. More
