I called to complain and the receptionist hung up on me twice. I constantly walk into service and get walked past by multiple workers without being greeted. I called to schedule an oil change and the girl said I didn’t need an appointment I could just walk right it. I went in 3 times for an oil change and left 3 times without an oil change because I have a busy schedule. They wouldn’t give me a rental car because they saved rental cars for “big stuff.” More
