Tim the tech "nerd" was also really helpful and went through each component in the vehicle and was entertaining with it. He made the tech stuff easy for me to understand. Overall I'm very satisfied because I left there with a lease that was a way better deal than I would have gotten at my previous dealership. More

The original gentleman who helped me did not do a very through job and I left there with an incomplete understanding and much frustration. When I went back in today, however, it was a totally different story. Tim Ferris took all the time in the world with me, despite its being an extremely busy day. He answered all of my questions in detail and was patient, kind and understanding. He even pointed out things that I didn't know existed! My faith in the Nerds was totally restored. Tim is an exemplary employee and you can be sure that I will be back to see him with any further questions! More

Good service on car, BUT I brought my car in for a tire patch job and to get new wipers, they got me right in and into the shop. Got a call back a few hours later saying my ca I brought my car in for a tire patch job and to get new wipers, they got me right in and into the shop. Got a call back a few hours later saying my car was ready, but I knew the shop would be closing soon. I called ahead and told them to leave my keys in my car, so I could come get it even though they would be going home for the day. I ended up getting there before they closed, but they had locked my keys in my car. I went inside and asked how they could help me and why they locked the car, and they sent me to the IT desk to contact OnStar. OnStar would not help me, because I cancelled the $35/month car unlock subscription. By this point, everyone from the dealer had gone home and left me in the parking lot trying to figure out how to get into my car. I had to call AAA to break into my brand new car, which was not ideal. Overall, a very bad experience, but I will give two stars because the car service itself was done well. More

New Car Buying I simply dreaded shopping for a new car. After going to every dealer on W. Ridge Road and not being impressed at all by the salespeople or their enthusiasm to sell me a car, I reluctantly tried one more, Bob Johnson's. What a difference. Zach La Valley was amazing. He listened. He asked questions. He made suggestions and he took the time we needed. And they were busy but he treated as if we were the only ones he had to deal with. The whole process was smooth, friendly, and most of all cost effective. I have no idea how the service will be but I am hoping it will be as good as the buying experience. Recommend Zach without hesitation. Corey of the NERDS was very helpful and explained all the bells and whistles well and encouraged me to come back if I had a question. I felt he meant it. More

I didn’t know I was supposed to pull up to the door. Then when I got there I had an appointment and they made me get out of my car and go talk to someone and explain what was going on. So what was the point of me making an appointment? It was super busy and there was no directions. I was flustered and wanted to leave. Then the mechanic came out and had to ask me what was going on with my car. Not sure I’m getting a Chevy again. This service appointment left a bad taste in my mouth. I think I’ll just use Cavallaro Neubauer in Williamson. More
