Tried to charge me for services not needed The service rep said it would cost $2200 to fix my van and it wouldn’t pass inspection if it didn’t get done. I went elsewhere it passed inspection no The service rep said it would cost $2200 to fix my van and it wouldn’t pass inspection if it didn’t get done. I went elsewhere it passed inspection no problem with no work needed. Went back later and had the ball joints fixed and it only cost $400. Nothing close to the $2200 the dealership wanted to charge me. Wont be back not even to buy a vehicle. More

Disappointed Don't get me wrong...... overall I am very satisfied with my dealership. I was a little disappointed on my last visit for an oil change and tire rot Don't get me wrong...... overall I am very satisfied with my dealership. I was a little disappointed on my last visit for an oil change and tire rotation that (for the 2nd consecutive time) the oil reminder indicator on the dash wasn't reset and there was no reminder sticker on the windshield. The last time I assumed it was reset and a short time after was getting reminders from OnStar that my vehicle needed service. I reset the indicator myself. I called the dealership and asked if a blank reminder sticker for my windshield could be mailed to me and was told it wasn't, that I should stop back and get one. This seemed rather strange to me. Just stick one in an envelope and mail it to me! How ridiculous! I also received a text while I waited from my service advisor that I should text if I needed anything. I later on texted about the aforementioned items and never received a reply. All in all, this wasn't what I was accustomed to from this dealership! More

Problems breaking Was experiencing problems when breaking. Had to push break pedal to the floor to slow the Equinox down. After three days of hearing nothing, I called the service rep. The rep stated that he had test driven the vehicle but he could not get the breaking issue to repeat. Called back in another three days only to be told the vehicle would be ready later that day. My frustration is the poor communication from the service rep. More
