Satisfied A few months back I found a truck I was very interested in while shopping online. I called and it was available the interest rate came back way too hi A few months back I found a truck I was very interested in while shopping online. I called and it was available the interest rate came back way too high. So last week I found the financing for the vehicle I wanted (2015 f-150) the truck I wanted was still there and while my info was being sent to the bank I received a call from the salesman and he said the truck had been sold 5 minutes ago to a dealership in Rochester. As you can imagine I wasn’t happy that I now had a mark on my credit for a truck that I was unable to get because it was sold while I was trying to get financed. I called the sales manager and spoke with him and he worked hard to help me find another truck that was in my payment range. I’m now driving a 2017 with 30k on it. I would suggest maybe looking into a system that will hold a vehicle if someone is trying to get financing from the dealership. Other than that the staff was friendly and good to work with. Thanks again to the sales manager (mike) and my salesman (Leo) . I don’t blame the employees for what happened. Just a few bugs to get worked out in the system.
