Service after the sale is terrible. This is my second vehicle purchased from FX Caprara. Same repeat problems with service after the sale. First you have to deal with parts as a totally separate department from service. Repeatedly I get (you’ll have to talk to parts about that….or…. you’ll have to talk to service about that). It should not be the customer’s responsibility to make the connection between the parts silo and the service silo. Extremely frustrating especially when we have to make over an hour drive to the dealership to find out that parts did not talk to service or vice versa. Next, try to call and talk to parts; it takes 6-7 calls to connect. Same with service; 6-7 calls to finally talk to someone. Infinite “on hold” with their irritating sales pitch while on infinite hold. I would seem the solution is simple: make parts and service the same department with a focus on customer’s vs building up the separate silos. At a minimum have the parts manager actually sit next to the service manager. Sad More

Our experience was very positive so we decided to go there again when we needed to purchase another. We called ahead and our salesman, Phil was wonderful. He was patient, knowledgeable and worked hard for us. He anticipated our needs and went the extra mile. What made me happy was that I never had that..."oh no a salesman is coming!" feeling where I wanted to hide. He never came off as pushy or that he was pressuring us to buy. We test drove the vehicles we wanted and crunched numbers and came to our decision. When we were able to meet again in a few days, Phil had everything ready for us. We chose to finance our vehicle and the gentleman that helped us made that painless as well. I urge anyone to give FX Caprara in Pulaski a try. I am very pleased with our new to us car and the service and respect we were given. More

Don't come I ended up buying a truck from this dealership and wish I didn't. I would never recommend this place to anyone I like. I live 2.5 hours away and have had to drive up multiple times and burn up cash paying for gas for the same issues. I was promised an accessory and was told it would be here, but it wasn't even ordered when I came back. I also ended up having an issue with an electrical switch and waited 3.5 hours just to be told I have to come back up. I drove back up again, and they didn't even order the right part. Now I'm stuck here all day. If you want a smooth car buying experience go someplace else. More
