Great service and courteous and friendly personnel had an oil leak that we weren't sure where it was coming from. Matt had me bring the car in and they worked on it right away but gave me a loaner unt had an oil leak that we weren't sure where it was coming from. Matt had me bring the car in and they worked on it right away but gave me a loaner until mine was ready. Problem resolved without any additional charges to us. Car is only 6 months old with less than 5K miles but now works okay. More

Disappointed I went in for a inspection and recall on my truck. They messed up the inspection because they did the recall first. They had to give me a rental car b I went in for a inspection and recall on my truck. They messed up the inspection because they did the recall first. They had to give me a rental car because they couldn't complete the inspection When I went to pick my truck they drove it for 120 miles without my approval. I was told to put gas in their rental car when i returned it. Which I had no problem doing. They gave my truck back to me without filling up my tank. , I asked the service guy about who drove my vehicle.The lot guy drove it around. We asked if they were going to fill out tank up. We don't do that. I spoke to the manager and he told me to bring it in and they filled it up. He did apologize. More
