Oil Change This was the first oil change done at the dealer in a while, as I normally do it myself. Old School. I had issues with removing the oil plug, thus I needed help, as I did not want to destroy the nut, and have further issues. Since I do not put many miles on, the oil change was well over 6 months. Very please with everything. It seemed a bit long time wise, but there was other items they looked at, that took time. so all in all, very pleased. The price was fairly competitive. More

We had narrowed the hunt to 3 different makes/models and were about to take the final steps when our mechanic suggested we try Bob Johnsons. I was referred to Jolene Vito and was very upfront with her about her competitors offers. She asked a number of questions and did her research, coming back with a price that met our perameters. Jolene was great throughout the closing - very informative and careful that we understood the numbers and what we were signing. She also was able to get us more for our trade in and a new car with more options than the cars we had originally priced. We then worked with Frank to complete the money end of the deal. In the past we have never purchased the added protection plan on our lease but his explanation of the plan and willingness to wave some of the upfront fees changed our minds.
