3 hours to get engine oil and filter changed. Service writer took my car back and forgot about it. Cashier was great. Aaron was helping me get my rear glass replaced. He got the glass ordered and it was in the.next morning. That was awesome. My only complaint at all is that he said he would call back in a few minutes to l the glass ordered and it was in the.next morning. That was awesome. My only complaint at all is that he said he would call back in a few minutes to let me know if they could fit me in that day. I waited around and 4 hours later I called back. I felt like a pest by now because I had to call that morning to see if the glass made it in. He was super easy to work with and didnt make me feel like a pain. He even had my car washed for me before I picked it up. Great job overall. Just follow through calling your customer back like you said you would do and your service will be exceptional 😊😊 More

They are not concerned with customers at all. I told the guy i needed his help. I was from out of town. No urgency what so ever. It took seven days to get a starter installed. I have used Blake Utter for service on my pickup many times. I have found them to be honest about the work that needed to be done. But what I was most impressed by on this visit was their honesty in tell times. I have found them to be honest about the work that needed to be done.
