I called Mr Jim Bruton this morning complaining about a loud noise in the motor area. He told me to bring it in so they could diagnose the problem, but might not be able to fix it today. They found that it loud noise in the motor area. He told me to bring it in so they could diagnose the problem, but might not be able to fix it today. They found that it was the water pump going out. Because of my travel distance from Oklahoma, they got me fixed up with a new water pump and I was on my way. This would never have happened at another Dealership. Mr Bruton and his mechanic staff were great. This is the main reason I buy trucks at this Dealership. More
Even though my Ford Escape is 13 years old, they took care of it as if it were a brand new vehicle still under warranty. I’m very pleased with the repair work! Service was excellent. Tuesday I was there for an oil change/tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Results of multi-point inspection: - Battery Good - Brakes are Good at this time - Tires are G change/tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Results of multi-point inspection: - Battery Good - Brakes are Good at this time - Tires are Good at this time The very next day I received an "Important Service May Still Be Needed" flyer in the mail from your service manager (Jonathan Armstrong) and it states "that the tire tread on my tires are marginal and that tires may require replacement soon". So, on Tuesday they were inspected as "Good". Now one day later they are "Marginal" and need replacement. I think this is a little under handed and unacceptable. More
