The electronics technician was totally swamped, thus could not repair / replace the alarm unit. Ron (Service Writer) stated he would see what he could do; while waiting in Customer Waiting Room, I kept hearing alarm go off which was my truck. I later learned that Ron worked on / replaced the alarm and was testing the sensitivity. Ron knew we were up from Dallas, he went above and beyond to repair our F250 and make certain we were satisfied. Kudos to Ron for his work ethic to satisfy a customer. Job Well Done! and Greatly Appreciated. More
