When I reached out for help, gett positive, but it quickly went downhill. After the purchase, several basic functions on the vehicle stopped working. When I reached out for help, getting repairs has been difficult and frustrating. To make matters worse, they’re attempting to fix an upscale vehicle using aftermarket parts, which is unacceptable for a luxury purchase. What seemed like a good deal at first has turned into a major disappointment. I do not recommend buying a car from them. Be aware and proceed with caution. More

I purchased my first Tesla two years ago, and Kali was over the top in customer service, she is dedicated to her customers and worked so well with me. I sought Kali out to purchase my second Tesla.
