Outstanding professionalism and courtesy I have purchased several cars/trucks over the years and all of them have been from dealerships out of state. One of the best agencies I have purchased from is Biondi Motors. I live in Northern California and it was well worth it for me to travel to Monroeville and Biondi Motors because, even though they might never see me again, they treated me as if I would be back to see them the next day. Tom Deery was simply outstanding in his professionalism and in his willingness to make things as easy and simple as possible. He even waited three hours for me at the airport...even though my plane was diverted to Washington DC! When I finally arrived at the agency, the truck was clean and washed with gas in its tank. He made sure the purchase process went as smoothly as possible. And speaking of the purchase process, Angela (Finance manager) was also excellent to work with. She was the one who stayed in touch with me several days prior to my arrival just to make sure all our connections would work. I really appreciated her work ethic and her personal touch in the process. Both she and Tom are a real credit to there agency and I would strongly suggest you look both of them up if you want to be assured a clean, seamless purchase. As for the truck I purchased, it was everything they advertised. I drove it back to Northern California (over 2500 miles) and it ran perfectly...just as they advertised. My opinion is this: You cannot go wrong in purchasing a vehicle from Biondi. I know I am very partial to Tom and Angela in my review, but I am sure most every other employee of Biondi Motors is just as professional and hard-working as Tom and Angela. I would gladly make the 2500 mile trip again to purchase from Biondi. You can trust this agency to do what they say they will do. And no...I wasn't asked or encouraged to write this review. But after dealing with Biondi, I had to share my opinion because I think quality and ethical service should be recognized and appreciated...especially in the car business. bad finance bought a used Lincoln mkz in feb 2015 every thing went well at the dealer , they got me financed at the bank . upon contacting my insurance company bought a used Lincoln mkz in feb 2015 every thing went well at the dealer , they got me financed at the bank . upon contacting my insurance company they informed me that they could finance me at a lower rate and my gap money of 637.00 would be refunded upon payoff of my loan at the bank informed lorie in finance that it was payoff and fax her a copy of the statement of it being payoff . she told me that I would have to wait 6 to 9 weeks to get my money back , witch they have in there bank account . its been almost 9 weeks since and still waiting for it . call lorie today and she said that I would just have to wait till they got to me to get it back . this is my second and finale purchase at this dealership .will be filing a complaint at bbb and at attorney gereral office More

First of all, selling an item that does not match your description is ILLEGAL. Second, I know some might say yea you should have checked and matched the dealer (HAND WRITTEN DESCRIPTION) with what you have on the ground but basically this means that Biondi is an untrustworthy dealership to deal with in the first place. cheating is not good and after all saying that you can't do anything about it is even worse. This was the best car buying experience! As a business owner my time is very limited and standard car buying practices don't work for me. There just wasn't any time. I called Lori and explained my dilema. I asked if they ever brought vehicles to customers? Through several phone calls and 100 emails, Lori got it done. She got an appraisal for my trade, advised me to do finance there and put me in touch with Karen who did the paperwork, who also got me a better rate . They sent a very nice and knowledgable sales man, Mike drove my new MkX to me !! What service! I am so very impressed and telling everyone I know to call Biondi! More

This figure is considered when contemplating my visits with 10 different dealers in Westmoreland and Allegheny County. In addition to a killer trade price, I was also offered an amazing deal on VW Passat, treated with courtesy and respect by my saleswoman, Winnie, and made to feel as if I was a valued customer by all stakeholders in the Biondi family. Because I was looking for an AWD vehicle with pretty specific features, I did not purchase from Biondi, but I can attest that I would whole-heartedly recommend this dealership to friends and family without hesitation based upon my experience. In the future, when I have some more time to shop the market, Biondi will be my first -and likely last -stop. Do yourself a big favor and go here first. More

The rating i gave Biondi Dealership is well deserved. I traveled from Florida and they kept contact with me for a whole month to get me prepared and answered any questions I had.
