Awful service experience I've had my LINCOLN MKZ for a year. Received a new battery within a month of purchasing. Just recently was having trouble starting the car. It was dea I've had my LINCOLN MKZ for a year. Received a new battery within a month of purchasing. Just recently was having trouble starting the car. It was dead. Called BIONDI and spoke with ED. Was assured that I would have no charge if my car was under 50,000 miles. My car is at 39,000. Great! No charge right? Wrong, once my car got to the dealership service center I was called and told it is starting fine and now I am being charged 112 for them to tell me that. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere. More
