I had issues with my 2008 Mitsubishi lancer evolution transmission, I had it at another shop for months without repairing it. I called Ed at biondi and he was very helpful on the phone, I had to go to th transmission, I had it at another shop for months without repairing it. I called Ed at biondi and he was very helpful on the phone, I had to go to the other dealer to get my car and drive an extra 30 miles to biondi dealership. But it was well worth it, they had my car in the shop within 2 days Ed called with any updates or problems they ran into. He's been nothing but a huge help during the recent horrible ordeal with the other dealership. I'm very pleased with everything about this dealership, I would travel the extra distance for service like biondi is giving me. Hands down I would recommend this dealer to anyone for service. More

I wasn't particularly sold on this model and was open to other models. I had secured financing and set out Friday morning - arriving at this dealership at 11:45am. I was out the door and driving the new 'used' car at 2:00pm. Bless my sales person - Carla - for having extreme patience with me. When I arrived at the dealership I had a list of cars based off the internet, that I wanted to check out, test drive, etc. Although they had the Sonata, I was interested in a Chevy Impala, Malibu and Hyundai. I first test drove the Malibu - loved it but was adament about driving a v-6. Carla took me through these cars, detailing features and going through my list of requirements pointing out which met my list of criteria. After the drive I wanted to talk numbers - no sense of wasting anyones time. We set out and I gave the required info. Next the 'manager' in regard to my trade. Offered me a number to which I was not anticipating ($1,000 less than KBB) - I was ready to walk out and think about it - no rash decisions for me - when he asked me to work with him. He came back with the number I wanted and I thought was fair. Now, my trade was a 2002 - I knew this was not making it on the lot for them to sell and I knew I could get more from selling it outright - but all in all I had dumped thousands of dollars into the vehicle and it was worth it to me to have peace of mind driving instead of praying everytime I got into the car for it not to break down. He was $500 lower than KBB for 'fair' condition. Facts: Kelley Blue Book on Impala (my purchase) $2,000 higher than selling price at Biondi. Other dealerships did not come close to this price. Kelley Blue Book on trade $500 lower than suggested price for the condition of my car (this is the 'trade in' value I used). The trade had some extras; leather seats, rear spoiler, auto start, power seats/windows, back seats that folded down, rear climate, newer tires, but also had significant rust around wheel well and other parts and had many cosmetic defects. Some pros: ** the prices are set so there is no negotiating. I can say looking at 20+ dealerships online and visiting 4 - Biondi prices are better than every one of these dealerships. This was a high point to me - I do not want the back and forth and moving the numbers game. I want straight talk and it is what it is type approach. This is a very high point to me since I have to negotiate payment and need to stick to a strict budget. ** I gave a very specific time I needed to be out the door - with or without a car. I was late by 3 min. Extremely impressed as I left in the new car. Some cons: **Although this may not be a con - I had walked in with my financing. I was pressured to let them try to get a better rate. I relented and was convinced they could not beat it. I admit, I was annoyed and waiting for all the financing numbers to come back is a lengthy wait (for me - I'm hyper and hate waiting around). I also made it very clear I did not want it 'blasted' out there to 20+ banks. Of course, they beat it and saved me enough that I was able to add a 3 year service plan to the vehicle and was still under budget by $50/month. **The guy who gave me the trade amount was condescending at first - asking me where I thought I would get the number I wanted for the trade. I know where to get the number - and I was not in a rush to purchase. He wanted to know if I would meet him halfway - he came back with the number I wanted. I did not expect full Kelley Blue Book - and all in all $500 less than KBB was perfect in my mind - and excedingly generous in my opinion. Summary: I was the GM in a dealership (motorcycle). I know how this works, I know they make money on financing, service plans and trades (sometimes but it is very very minimal). This is a business and I respect that they need to make money. The fact that the pricing was impressive, they beat my finance rate saving me money and enabling me to purchase a service plan, got me out the door - driving this vehicle - by the time I stated and were willing to meet my number for my trade was impressive. I went back the next day to sign the paperwork - in order to get me out the door they threw on a dealer plate and let me take the car. I signed the paperwork, had an enjoyable experience with Karen and she accommodated my 2 daughters -who were in an excitable mood. She explained the service plan and I feel worked to get me that financing rate as I was adament I didn't want her to try (I admit I had a bit of an attitude as I feel I was tried to make as if I were crazy for not trying). Now, I brought my sister back the day I signed the paperwork and she was 'insulted' by the trade amount offered - feeling her car was 'better' than mine. Her experience was different as some people feel that their vehicle is worth more - her KBB value was $800 higher than they offered - extremely fair in my book as the car has over $100k miles and major rust and many cosmetic damage. She is one of those people however that if it says its worth 'x' amount - she should get that amount if not higher. SO, heading to this dealership - know your values, have a list of cars based off the website and use the feature 'out the door in an hour' if you do not have your financing in order. Be willing to ask for what you feel is fair for a trade and run your numbers based on many variables if payment is the main focus. Knowing what you are eligible for as far as rate, knowing your KBB values will eliminate any surprises. More
Prices are great! Car salesmen are not pushy, even the management is nice which is unheard of. My only complaint was the finance department takes forever to get papers ready, also the music they play in management is nice which is unheard of. My only complaint was the finance department takes forever to get papers ready, also the music they play in the showroom is depressing and will give you a splitting headache. I feel bad the sales people who have to hear it all day. My advice, speed up the finance and lose the depressing music, I rather listen to the stuff my dentist plays at least it is soothing and doesn't give me a migraine. More
Everyone went out of their way to get me the used car we were interested in including Kelly Irons(salesperson) and the owner (Lou Biondi) and Alan (Finance). No high pressure sales tactics in sales or fina were interested in including Kelly Irons(salesperson) and the owner (Lou Biondi) and Alan (Finance). I went to this place looking to buy a used Nissan Coupe. Upon looking at the car I noticed it had some minor damage. The salesman I was with was great, knew a lot about the car and was overall a good guy, which is rare for salesman. He mentioned that he would ask a manager about repairing the car before I bought it and they agreed to fix it. About a week later I went back to this dealer to pick up the car and it appeared that they had just spray painted the bumper and the spoiler in question.Upon further inspection I noticed over spray all over the car. The funny part of this was the price, 13k for a spray painted car!! The salesman tried his best to resolve the issue with another manager because he noted that the manager Rob who was in charge of fixing this was not there. If this manager Rob worked at my shop he would be fired on the spot for this lack of care and customer service. If this place had any business sense they would do the same.I will not be buying the car and I will not ever go back. More

Ken is a very nice salesman -- very patient and answers all of your questions (albeit in a salesman-like manner) Anthony, the sales manager, is very pushy and likes to play the 'bad cop' role.
