I openly discussed with him on other cars that I was comparing, still he didn't put any sort of pressure. This is what I liked in him and the dealership to pursue a new car and bought Ford Escape. The whole transaction from the point I looked at car and delivery happened in just 3 hours. No over promises, no nonsence. Strictly business and I liked this particularly in this dealership. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a Ford. I liked the additional features in this car compared to all others in its class. More
I was making the final decision on make and model before coming to Bill Howell Ford for a third test drive. I was not intending to finalize the purchase. But, Robert Jimerson made the experience so much bet coming to Bill Howell Ford for a third test drive. I was not intending to finalize the purchase. But, Robert Jimerson made the experience so much better than representatives at two other manufacturer's dealerships and the other Ford dealership (and two of those were good experiences) that I believed it was the right place and the right time to proceed. I have not previously owned a Ford. So, the comfort level with the vehicle and the process that Robert provided help tremendously. Dudly went late into the evening as well and removed other apprehensions I had in the financing of the transaction. Quite remarkable was the entire experience, only to by continued three days later by Bill Howell calling to check on the experience and the performance of his team. I greatly appreciate the experience, the price and financing. More

I told him what I wanted and he helped me pick the car that would suite not just my needs but that I could afford. I did not feel pressured or rushed. He went through the whole vehicle with me and helped me set up my phone and all the other features. I am quite short and he helped me lower the gate to make it easier for me to reach. He made it a really great experience. I would also like to give a shout out to Dudley. He was also great to work with. Doing all that paperwork was not a miserable task. I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Billy Howell to my friends and family. More

My husband passed away recently leaving me with a limited income. My 22 year old son, (in college living out of town, on his own, paying his own way) was walking to/from work and school because he had no tr income. My 18 year old daughter is a senior this year and will be attending college in the fall. My husband left behind an old but nice looking 93 Ford F-150 which I let my son use. This poor truck is always needing service of some sort and once a week needs oil. On his trip home one weekend the truck started running hot, so he was once again without transportation. Since Christmas was rolling around, I told my kids that we would look for used cars for them as their Christmas present. We had been to several dealerships in our area, but didn't find anything we really fell in love with. At the first dealership we stopped at, there was not one salesman that came outside to brave the cold to greet us. (Bad customer service). When we pulled into Billy Howell Ford, we stopped at the road (which is the start of the lot) and started looking through the used cars. Not long after we arrived, Joe (salesman) came out of the warm building, braving the cold to meet with us. I told Joe what I was looking for, told him I wasn't going to haggle with him, I wanted the best price up front and wanted 2 good used vehicles. We went inside, I spoke with the sales manager, Gary. He understood what I was looking for, the price range I was willing to spend. Gary and Joe pulled up their list of used vehicles, knew exactly what we wanted and pulled around two vehicles that were just perfect for both of my kids. Gary was able to discount the toyota, because it had been on the lot a little longer and cut the price of the Jeep to meet my price. Gary and Joe worked together with professionalism, kind and caring for me, the customer. Gary went that extra mile and replaced the windshield in the toyota because it had two cracks in it. Knowing my limited budget, they filled both cars with gas. These two super people are tops in my book. It was a very heart warming experience to know people still care for others, listen to what they are looking for and help them in everyway possible. What a great team Billy Howell Ford has. Terrible experience. The price on the vehicle was great and the vehicle was nice but it wasn't drivable. You'll get a great price on a vehicle but they wont offer you a reasonable amount for your trade in and the vehicle was nice but it wasn't drivable. You'll get a great price on a vehicle but they wont offer you a reasonable amount for your trade in at all so I'd recommend them if you're paying with cash or just want to give away your vehicle. They first offered me $1000 for mine then if I did some stuff to it the most they were going to give me as $1800 at the most. My vehicle trade in on kbb is 2800-3300. They use something called black book that basically says they get your car for a third of blue book value. I believe they sold the car the same day but not 100% sure because they never emailed me back. So I wasted about 10 hours of driving for nothing. Poor experience, I'm just going to buy new and not worry about the hassle. More
First of all I do not have any affiliation with Billy Howell (BH) or their employees. Past experience with auto dealers has made me reluctant to deal with salesman. While looking at used vehicles I met Joe Illesecas, a salesman for BH. He was pleasant, friendly, unassuming, and a down to earth type of guy, Never did I feel pressured from Joe, or anyone, to buy any of the vehicles I looked at. Joe answered all my questions with no intimidation or heavy-handedness. When I was ready to talk price on the 2010 Lincoln MKS that caught my interest we went into Joe's cubicle to determine drive out cost on the MKS. At this time I met , Gary Ladue, General Sales Manager and he too was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The most expensive add on was the new Ad Valorem Title Tax that Georgia enacted which is a onetime payment of this tax. I actually like the new law instead of being taxed on the vehicle every year. Both Joe and Gary worked with me on price and I signed on the dotted line to purchase the MKS. I actually appreciated both Joe and Gary's input in aiding me in this endeavor. Gary also got me a better loan rate than the company I had planned to use. The finance man, Bruce Castleberry also worked with me on that angle of the purchase. Did I get the best price for this vehicle, I don't know. The criterion to determine this may be the feeling you get when you drive off the lot with your new vehicle. In my case, I had a smile on my face when I left the dealership and still do every time I get in the vehicle. It's only been a short time since the purchase but I love this car. If I'm in the market in the future, I will go be to Billy Howell first. More
