Worked with Dennis Aronson on finding right vehicle for a young driver. I explained what I was looking for and he knew of a vehicle that met the criteria that had yet to reach the car lot. Negotiating with Jerry McDonald on price was straight forward and seamless -- final price was more than fair. Dudley Bentle took care of me in financing and all was done quickly. This is the third vehicle my family purchased from Billy Howell. When pursuing the purchase of a vehicle, I find that I cast a large net in my initial search. When all is said and done, it seems I always end up at Billy Howell. I like the feel of a local dealership that has a proven record of quality service and product along with good people and fair pricing. More

Terrible Brought my Ford here to be fixed for what appeared to be an electrical issue. Service personnel said that garage was backed up and that it would take a while to find the problem. I didn't expect them to drop everything and put my car first but... After waiting 9 days they said they still no idea how to fix my car just kept saying that it was an electrical issue and the service person was very nonchalant about it. I was renting a car and the costs on rental was mounting so I called Mall Of Georgia Ford and explained what my problem was. They assured me that they could fix my car if I bring it to them..but made no guarantees of course. I informed the service manager that I was having my car towed to another facility to have it fixed. He just said okay walked away. I was not rude, loud or disrespectful but this service person clearly doesn't know a thing about customer service or courtesy. My car was towed to Mall Of Georgia Ford where I was met with courtesy. They were also backed up with vehicles and all of there garages were full. But they called me back late that afternoon and told me that they had an idea of what the problem was but would know more the following day. Sure enough they call me the next day and they have found the issue, told me what it would cost to fix it and how long it would take. Not only did they fix my car quickly.. (as I did not expect them to because there were so many ahead of mine)... but they also had enterprise give me their corporate discount on the car I was renting while my Ford was being repaired. I called the service manager at Billy Howell to express my disappointment with their crappy service. Left a message days ago which he has not returned my call. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. If you're in the Cumming Buford area and looking to buy a new Ford ..go to Mall of Ga Ford. At least they know how to treat customers. More

He was proactive in checking for recalls and having them done without me having to make the request. I appreciated that. The overall environment is comfortable and filled with friendly faces. I will continue to bring my car to this location although another is 20 minutes closer to my home and work. More

For two years, we brought our first Mustang back for service, and the entire staff remained consistent in kindness and professionalism. Also, Randy Mankovitch was so great to work with the first time around that we had no doubt that he was absolutely the salesperson we wanted to go to for the second purchase. He was easy to work with, very informative about the vehicle, and just a super guy. More
