First 2 prices given..28,500 then 28995 asked for something off car to feel like I got a deal 500 off so 28000 even . Next morning I see listed on a site same car 27,744 went rapp for new price and a something off car to feel like I got a deal 500 off so 28000 even . Next morning I see listed on a site same car 27,744 went rapp for new price and asked for my 500 off the new starting price immediate no but they did offer $4 dollars off. Then you could make a comedy out of this salesman and credit manager both to call me next day neither did so I knew what my rate was going to be and pick up time for car which we already set up Friday at 5. I had to personally run the insurance card copy over to them because there scanner could not read them from direct from insurance co. The salesman day of pick up called me to ask what time Monday I wanted to pick up. And finally at pick up I found out my rate because never called was 3.84 when I called around myself because my score was above 780 found a 2.99% . End of day bought the car for the car certainly not for the dealership experience. More
Good purchase experience., VERY POOR service experience! I bought a new 2019 Subaru Outback at Rapp in May 2019. They gave me the best deal around but I’m beginning to wonder if it’s because they sold me a l I bought a new 2019 Subaru Outback at Rapp in May 2019. They gave me the best deal around but I’m beginning to wonder if it’s because they sold me a lemon. Less than 5 months after my purchase I noticed that the touch screen wasn’t working unless the car was warmed up and had been running for a half hour or more. Around the same time I needed an oil change so I took the car in to Rapp for the oil change and asked them to look at the touch screen. They said they performed an update and corrected the problem but when I got home I discovered the problem was not fixed. I live an hour from the dealership so it isn’t convenient for me to make the trip to Syracuse on work days. Therefore I had to wait a month for a vacation day to return to Rapp for service AGAIN for the same problem. Once again I was told they made an update and the problem was solved. NO, Rapp did not solve the problem and would not admit it. As a result I contacted Subaru’s national customer service office who recommended taking the car to a different Subaru dealership for service. My appointment is later this week. Hopefully they will correct the problem. I have NO reason to return to the Rapp dealership for anything but a sincere apology. I am NOT feeling the love! More
Best Salesman, best deal, best dealership I was completely impressed with the Professionalism and negotiating skills of my Salesman Jeff Ostrander. He was the only one out of all the local maj I was completely impressed with the Professionalism and negotiating skills of my Salesman Jeff Ostrander. He was the only one out of all the local major Buick/GM Dealerships that "heard me" and understood my budget. He never lost touch with me and kept me informed of all the new incentive's without pressuring me to "make the sale" . After a recent loss in my family, buying a car was the last thing on my to do list. But Jeff did all the work for me and made the entire car leasing experience one that I will never forget. Thank you Jeff and Bill Rapp Superstore for the kindness and respect you have shown me. God Bless you all! More

Family I decided I wanted a new Yukon. So I went to my family at Bill Rapp to buy my 6th vehicle from them. Knowing they didn’t have a Yukon on the lot that I decided I wanted a new Yukon. So I went to my family at Bill Rapp to buy my 6th vehicle from them. Knowing they didn’t have a Yukon on the lot that I wanted when I started shopping. They located the vehicle I wanted in PA. The Yukon is the right exterior color, interior color and has all the options I wanted. After a painless negotiation we made a deal. Bill Rapp then put together a plan to obtain the vehicle from the PA dealership. They traded vehicles with them and had an associate (Honey) travel to PA dealership to pick up the truck. The people at Bill Rapp did a lot to make me happy about this deal. This is why I call them FAMILY. More

They dont follow through on warrenty issues I nov of 18 i bought a brand new buick regal from bill rapp gmc and in feb 19 i had 1st oil change done and asked them to look at the headlights becau I nov of 18 i bought a brand new buick regal from bill rapp gmc and in feb 19 i had 1st oil change done and asked them to look at the headlights because when the lights are on there is some kind of film or fog on the inside of the lens so they printed on the invoice they recommended replacement of the headlights now as of feb or at a later time. So on the oil change today i asked that they be done. The new service manager said there is no problem and he wouldnt honor the last service managers commitment. as a company they put people in charge of decisions and those decisions should be honored up until the people no longer represent there business More
