I had to stop for gas on the way home from purchasing the car (BECAUSE IT WAS GIVEN TO ME WITH AN EMPTY TANK OF GAS). Thirty minutes after purchasing the car, it began smoking from under the hood and through the vents (with a horrible burning smell). I took the car to a local Subaru dealership (as I do not live close to Syracuse) and it cost me $92 to have the oil washed from the engine. They said oil that was spilt all over the engine was causing the smoking and burning smell. I contacted Bill Rapp several times during this process. I have yet to be reimbursed the $92. I love my Subaru, I do not love Bill Rapp :( More

Gary called me to let me know that our order was coming in and when it came in he set up a time so we could drive it. Gary even searched for coupons to have our car protected. So we brought our daughter in Frank looked at me like I had three heads had no idea who I was, so I asked for Gary and was told he left the company. So I tried to put a deal together with Frank basically wanted the same discount and the same price for the Enviornmental package. He said what makes you think you get a discount and you need to buy the car first before we talk about aftermarket. I decided to go home cause we where so mad. I thought there was a thing called loyalty but evidently they have non so thank you Romano Subaru for giving me the deal I want. I will avoid Bill Rapp all they want is your money then they forget about you. More

Arrogance Went there with my mom, looking for possibly a Subaru for myself. Originally wanted to speak to salesman "Ray", who my mom had previous dealings with Went there with my mom, looking for possibly a Subaru for myself. Originally wanted to speak to salesman "Ray", who my mom had previous dealings with and had bought 2 cars from (whom we really liked). There was a big "sale" going on, so he was busy with customers (but he was a Buick salesman anyway). I had no problem with that. So he sent us to see Brian in the Subaru showroom.. No problem. A bunch of guys sitting there having some kind of "discussion' , none of which could be bothered with us. After a few minutes, "Brian" decided to approach us. I told Brian I was considering Subaru because of the AWD. He asked what other mfgrs I was considering and he basically snubbed his nose at the others. I asked if I could test drive a car; he brought a car up for us, basically took off the seat wrappings, window signage, etc. and handed me the keys -- no quick tutorial on seat adjustment, mirrors, headlights, etc. Right then and there I decided I would not be buying a car from this dealership, then or ever! His whole attitude was lazy, conceited, couldn't be bothered -- must have already made his quota for the month. I wanted to tell him he seemed so high on himself he must be in a different altitude! He didn't go with us on the test drive, which is just as well - far be it for us to hold him up from his good ole boys talk. Went to another showroom -- can't recall which at this time -- by which time it is 1/2 hour before closing. There was hardly anyone around and eventually someone came through the doors. BUT.....and here's the clincher......they acted like we weren't even standing there!! I had to approach this salesman to ask him to drive another car. He looked at his watch, and says "yeah, I guess there's time." I can't help thinking we were treated like this because we were "just a couple women", "a girl and her old lady mother". I could have had $25K or $30K cash on me ready to buy right then and there, and they would never have known that. Their loss! Will never visit there again!! More

He assured me that all fees taxes etc. was included in those payments, with absolutely no other out of pocket expense. after taking possession of the vehicle and reviewing the documents I signed I questioned The Lease disposition fee, $495 payable at lease end. this fee was never revealed. Salesperson emailed, he would look into a solution, and did not follow up. his managers contacted me and offered only a discount on my next vehicle I buy from them.. I can't buy from them again More

When I picked it up, I drove about a mile before the check engine light came on again. When I brought it back the next day, the customer service I received was excellent. It was scanned right then and there to figure out what was the problem. I was given a 2016 as a loaner, and the repair was at no cost to me, as it was related to the previous service and should have been taken care of before I picked up my car. They were sincerely apologetic and did everything I could have expected them to do to make it right. I have had no issues with my car since then. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle to them again for any service needed. More
Do yourself a favour - DO NOT GO TO BILL RAPP SUPERSTORE!!! I want to make a present for my father, so i went there to buy a used Toyota. Gary Bourque was a very nice gentleman. Toyota had a bi SUPERSTORE!!! I want to make a present for my father, so i went there to buy a used Toyota. Gary Bourque was a very nice gentleman. Toyota had a bit of rust so Gary agree to give a little bit of an adjustment for me to undercoat it myself. Next day i made a cashiers check and was ready to go and pick up Toyota. I called Gary and found out that he was no longer with company, so i`ve asked to talk to somebody else. Brian Rapp put me on hold while he was getting all information. I spent 10 min on hold and was disconnected. I called back and ask for him, left him voicemail - no response! Called back in few hours - voicemail again! Next day i was calling all day asking to page him, leaving him voicemails, asking to talk to anybody else - still nothing!!! Next day i finnally was able to talk to Brian and find out that Toyota was sold! Nice way of doing business!!!! BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!!!! Customer service SUCKS there!!!! More
This company is a scam completely. I went in, granted I This company is a scam completely. I went in, granted I have less than perfect credit however that does not account for the horrible experience This company is a scam completely. I went in, granted I have less than perfect credit however that does not account for the horrible experience they have afforded me. I have had this car for a year, a Saturn L300, which supposedly underwent a 152 point inspection, or at least some version of that. They explain the financing interest as "21.99%" they did not specify if it was per year, or overall, so over the 4 year loan I'll be paying about 88% interest on the car value, really? All that aside, over the last year, I have driven the car about 5000 miles, yes only Five Thousand Miles and the list of 7-8 different visits speak for themselves. Within the first week, I had to bring the car in because my rear passenger side break pins had fallen out (after they had noticed it in the inspection and thought they had seated them correctly) and I had a bad water pump (to which the manager that facilitated the loan stated "I can't believe my guys missed that"). Since then, I've had to bring the car in again to fix the break pin issue, had to have my radiator replaced, I have a bent left wheel, worn stabilizers, a power steering leak (which their own mechanic stated probably started leaking within a week of buying the vehicle, Bill Rapp's official response was "He is not qualified to make this judgement" sorry, but if a trained and certified mechanic isn't, who is?) my power steering rack apparently went from "great" condition to needing to be replaced, along with the hoses, and other repairs which should have been fixed. The approximate value of the repairs has far exceeded half the value of the car selling price and they are refusing to help in any way. Let's not mention the extended warranty company they endorse is under investigation in several states for fraud and failure to pay for repairs covered. Overall I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. They use every shady sales trick in the book to get yo into the car, once you're financed and the car is sold, they could care less. More
I received excellent service with Bill Rapp. I have found a new shop to bring all of my vehicles.
