Spontaneous purchase of a 2018 Equinox During a scheduled state inspection on a 2010 equinox it was suggested to take a look at the new 2018 model. I spent just a couple moments looking at the new model and I was impressed but in no immediate hurry to trade out of my existing vehicle. Flash forward 24 hours and I would find myself in a new 2018 Equinox. We met with Mitch while looking around the lot. He was very nice and walked us around a couple different vehicles. We really didn't spend much time contemplating the different options. After a test drive we sat down to look at the numbers. It was refreshing to sit and talk options while not being hard sold or pushed into the corner. After a couple brief conversations we signed some paperwork and returned about an hour later to sign off on a new lease. From the moment we talked to somebody to the moment we drove off the lot we felt like we were treated with kindness and respect. We have no plans to make any other purchases in the near future but you can be sure we'll be back when it comes time. More
