I brought my 07 Tahoe in to have a very annoying screech on the driver side window fixed. The door would have to be taken apart. Michelle noticed the screeched disappeared and called me back to the car to see if we could replicated the screech. We could not. I visited bill mcbride with the intention of purchasing a vehicle I had seen on the lot a few nights before. I was greeted and asked to test drive the car in question. Less than 1 mile into the drive, I started to smell something bad coming from the car. The rep told m it couldn't be te car. Upon returning to the dealership, I popped th hood and the smell hit me in the face. The rep said she would get th service manger. When he arrived, I asked if they would find the source of the smell before I bought the car. The service manger said he could look, but he doubted he would find anything, it was prob just oil or something. I felt dismissed. When we started talking about pricing,I pointed out there were to other cars nearly exactly the same in the region. With one, I was told it didn't matter because it prob wasn't a outback model, and the second prob wasn't at a real dealership. I was offended. My integrity was being called into question by someone in didn't even know. Finally, while trying to negotiate the pricing,I was dismissed again. This time being told that th sticker pice was te best deal and there was no budging. I immediately got up and left disgusted and disappointed. I will never return. I purchased a car from there once before and wasn't overly happy, but felt I should give them a second chance. Never again. More
