On 10/09/2023, I went to Bill Kolb Jr Subaru with my mother to purchase a vehicle. When we got there, we were greeted by Mr. Howard Bonfield, and we explained to him what we were looking for. Mr Bonfield was very professional, he took the time to explain everything to us and he explained to us in great details every possible options. It must be said that my mother wanted to purchase a Toyota Rav4 , so we went to a local Toyota dealership that morning. The salesman was very pushy and he made us feel that he just wanted to sell the car to get his commission that's it. We were so turned off by the interaction, that I suggested to my mom for us to go to Bill Kolb, as I remembered the kind of service I received from a previous purchase. We delighted to see that Bill Kolb Subaru went beyond expectations, and we look forward to doing business with them in the near future. Thank you Howard and the entire staff at Bill Kolb Jr Subaru.
