I would never recommend this dealer to anyone; friend or foe! I went to Bill Kolb Subaru Jr. to purchase a used 2003 G35 Infiniti coupe. While ready to sign the paper work and cough up my entire savings Stu foe! I went to Bill Kolb Subaru Jr. to purchase a used 2003 G35 Infiniti coupe. While ready to sign the paper work and cough up my entire savings Stuart Lesser all but ignored me while he stuffed envelopes; HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! I must admit that price was good; however less than a month after purchasing the car the automatic transmission light came on. I contacted Mike Poznanski who instead of telling me to bring it in assured me that it was nothing and said that he would contact me; I'm still waiting for his phone call. Since then Infiniti was kind enough to not only replace the tranmission but also its computer and the wiring. Fortunately the car was still warrantied under the manufacturers warranty; however had this been 6 months later I would have been out of close to $5000.00. After several failed attempts to contact Bill Kolb Subaru Jr I decided to sell the car. In summary I gave Bill Kolb Subara Jr. $18,500 of my hard earned savings and they gave me 4 months of headaches only resulting in a loss of $5000 when I was left with no other alternative but to trade-in the car elsewhere! Please do not do business with this dealership short term savings often result in long term expenses! More

They listened to and provided with a used Subaru that worked out perfect for me and the family (and Kelly, our dog). And best of all the price was the lowest around. Lied about car not being a rental. I asked if the car was used as a rental car, he said no it's a program car and went on to explain that it was used by a Ford executive, not a rental.
