I have been a customer of Bill Kay Honda for well over a decade, so I've had more good than bad experiences. This most recent experience was not good only because a simple oil change took over two hours, th decade, so I've had more good than bad experiences. This most recent experience was not good only because a simple oil change took over two hours, there was no communication to manage the expectation of wait time. I overheard a service advisor giving excuses AFTER another customer had waited over 2.5 hours for the same thing. Honesty, transparency, and respect for your customers' time is an integral part of good customer service! More
