My Experience at this Dealership Contacted Dealership for pricing on a 2020 Honda, was treated great by salesman on the phone and he send an email about a 2019, Brand New, vehicle wit Contacted Dealership for pricing on a 2020 Honda, was treated great by salesman on the phone and he send an email about a 2019, Brand New, vehicle withe the equipment I want and told me if I was interested to come in for an appraisal. I went in on 2/25/2020 and spoke with another salesman as the one I talked with on the phone was off. After taking a Test Drive of the Vehicle and obtaining an appraisal on my Trade-In, I was given a price that I felt was ridiculous. The 2019 Vehicle, Although Never Titled would be considered a Year and a half old. If damaged or stolen an Insurance company would rate it the same. The offered the Manufacturer Rebate of app $1000.00 and took an added $500. of the sticker price. In addition although my Trade-in is in 100% Perfect Condition with very low miles the Trade-in Value was Below Kelly Blue Book by nearly $2000. I explained the deal was about $5000. short of even giving consideration as the 2019 was new, but would be considered 1 1/2 years old the second I drove it off the lot. Needless to say, after 5 Requests for the key to my vehicle to be returned, I left. The manager tried telling me the High Demand for the 2019's resulted in holding the price and I feel that if this were the case, Why do they have numerous 2019's still in stock? Several vehicles were on the showroom floor with reduced sale prices of about $5,00 below MSRP, the answer I received were these were HIGH END and the could reduce them, yer they would do the same for a 2019 Honda SRV. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this experience. More

From meeting our salesmen, taking the test drive, closing the deal, finishing with the finance person, our salesman explaining the workings of the interior, to taking possession of the car. It was quick and easy to set up an appointment for my civic, even during the middle of the work week. They estimated 45 minutes for the work to be completed and it only took 40 minutes. I felt valued as a customer and that they were committed to making things right. This is my first Honda but the one time it has needed service it has been a painless process. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience and while I hope that I do not have to make often visits to the service center for issues with my vehicle, when I do I know that it will be taken care of. More
