Service Department staff is always friendly and professional. Can't honestly attest to the "quality of work" because my car is relatively new, I've not had mechanical issues, and if there was a m professional. Can't honestly attest to the "quality of work" because my car is relatively new, I've not had mechanical issues, and if there was a mechanical issue, to say the issue was addressed well, the only way I would know is if the problem seemed to be resolved (noise stopped, engine light went out. etc.).
