Bert Tvrz is a knowledgeable, efficient, low key sales person who answers your questions, presents price options and lets you make your all respects. I could tell from my price due dilligence that the price I was offered was very fair and I didn't have to fight with them to get it down to something reasonable. The aales process is orderly and well organized. I've purchased three cars from Bill Kay in Bourbonnias and had nothing but positive experiences. The Service Staff, especially service writers Alan and Nick are outstanding and work to meet your every need. Overall a very positive place to do business. More
